12 romaine heart lettuce leaves
½ pint grape tomatoes, halved
1 avocado, peeled and diced
4 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup diced turkey
1/3 cup vinaigrette dressing
1. Layer 2 lettuce leaves to form a sturdy base for the wraps. You will have 6 lettuce wraps in total.
2. Evenly divide the tomatoes, diced avocado, egg, and turkey among the lettuce cups.
3. Drizzle dressing over each lettuce cup and enjoy!
